Hello. The app on Apple TV doesn’t work. I log in correctly and my profiles appear. When starting, one of them remains in black and does not load anything. My Apple TV is 4K HDR latest model. The app on the iPhone if it works correctly

Good afternoon. The Apple TV version has a bug. The left side menus on the Home screen, where the settings and TV and Movies sections are located, are missing. You can’t navigate from the Apple TV remote. Can you fix this? Thanks.

  • Hello. The Apple TV version doesn`t work. I log in correctly but I only see a black screen.

  • Segnala il problema su AppleTv, schermo nero dopo l’accesso, sia con la versione fullHD che 4K
    Urge soluzione.
    Grazie

  • Good morning, I would like to point out that the App on the AppleTV is not working properly. Both the FullHD version and the 4k version produce a black screen when logging in on the user. There are no problems on iPhone.

  • In screen menu for searching etc, doesn’t work when opened. Or it stays overlay without any possibility to close it.

Also when close the app, the credentials for accounts don’t persist and have to enter login information every time.

The app for Apple TV is a mess at this point.

  • The Apple TV app is completely broken. How is it possible that Apple approves such a broken app? Within 2 seconds of using it something goes wrong — menus, playback, constant crashes — it’s completely unusable. UNUSABLE!

  • Hola no se puede usar las opciones en la seccion de peliculas y series y tampoco para buscar. Gracias

The app on the apple TV doesn’t work, the left menu in unusable, you cannot search, if you are using the remote from an iphone you cannot go back in the menu.

    Please, fix this.

  • Is work being done to make the Apple TV version usable? Is there any estimated date?
