MaxPlayer is a media player application only. We do not provide, host, or distribute any IPTV channels, VOD content, or media streams. Users are solely responsible for the content they access through third-party IPTV service providers. eGalactic e.U. is not liable for any content accessed through the application.

Subscription & Payments
MaxPlayer offers subscription plans that can be purchased through our website at my.maxplayer.tv. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
