En el nuevo modelo 4k select de amazon al ingresar usuario y contraseña, y al querer seleccionar el idioma. El programa se reinicia y no deja avanzar . Vuelve a pedir los mismos datos y regresa al seleccionar el idioma. Es un problema que no tienen solución aparente.

Hola, en TV LG no me deja acceder a la opcion de subtitulos en el audio para desactivarlos como en el iphone y siempre estan activos, hay solucion a eso? O hay una forma de desactivarlos que no se? Con el mismo proveedor y la misma lista en el iphone puedo avtivar /desactivar los subtitulos en el apartado de audio dentro del canal pero en la tv lg solo me da la opcion de audio y no me dice nada de los subtitulos.

I had installed the app to my fire stick 4k max but we I opened it I had a black screen and that’s it…it was in use, then suddenly has some failure in connection, then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and appears the black screen

ya pague dos veces mi subscripcion y puedo entrar a la aplicacion con mis credenciales el problema es que cuando quiero entrar en mi perfil me dice que no tengo asignada ningua lista y veo y es cierto, como agrago la lista de maxplayer?

Dopo l’accesso su firestick vedo senza problemi la lista dei canali/video disponibili ma quando provo ad aprire uno qualsiasi di essi il player rimane in caricamento senza fine, A cosa può essere dovuto?

In reply to maxplayer. But, I can change the audio and subtitles in Android with the same provider. Not in Firestick. I think it's unsolved the problem.
